Welcome to ByeWhy! This guide walks you through installing the app and sending your first churn survey.

Install from the Stripe App Marketplace

Head to the Stripe App Marketplace and click Install. ByeWhy connects directly to your Stripe account — no separate sign-up required.

What happens next

Once installed, ByeWhy automatically starts sending feedback surveys whenever a subscription is cancelled. You can customize your questions and delivery settings at any time — see the Connecting Stripe guide for details.
